About these terms
These terms are an agreement between Matthew Nicholas Mullany trading as Bookanic (ABN 59 506 078 591) ("we", "us") and the workshop that uses Bookanic ("you"). By signing up or using Bookanic, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
Keep your password private. If you think someone else knows it, change it straight away.
You're responsible for how your staff use Bookanic, and for anything done with your account.
Free trial
New workshops get a free trial of 30 days. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically. Before your trial ends we'll contact you to agree a plan.
Fees
After the trial, fees are as agreed with you in writing, plus GST. We give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to your price.
Your customers' details
You decide what you collect from your customers. We hold their details for you as described in our Privacy Policy.
Tell your customers how you use their details. Your booking page shows a privacy notice for you.
Texts and emails
You're responsible for having your customers' permission before sending them offers. The Spam Act 2003 applies to marketing messages, and Bookanic adds "Reply STOP to opt out" to offers sent by text.
Text message costs are between you and your text provider.
Fair use
Don't use Bookanic for anything unlawful or misleading, or to send spam.
We can pause or close an account that puts other people, or Bookanic, at risk. Where we can, we'll talk to you first.
Availability and support
We work hard to keep Bookanic running and back it up every night, but we can't promise it will never be down.
If something isn't working, get in touch and we'll help.
Your data and leaving
Your data is yours. You can download it any time from Settings.
If you leave, we delete your data within 90 days.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll tell you and ask you to agree to the new version before you keep using Bookanic.
